If you enjoy helping individuals with their benefits as well as navigating insurance policies and paperwork, the Benefits Analyst role is likely a Human Resources position that would be of interest to you. As a Benefits Analyst you will utilize survey data to recommend benefit programs, policies, and procedures. There will be daily interaction via email, phone, and in-person with YRMC staff as you navigate their insurance questions, perform leave management, and assist with benefits enrollment.

Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

 

Work Schedule: 8-hours, Days, Monday through Friday
