Job Description

 The Charge Nurse Inpatient effectively directs the admission, discharge, and general flow of Neonatal patients in collaboration with the staff RN, to provide adequate staffing support to safely care for the neonatal population. Promotes and supports efforts to meet or exceed organizational and national patient safety and quality goals.

 

Minimum Requirements:  Associate's Degree in Nursing, Active RN License through the State Board of Nursing - Arizona.  Active ACLS & BLS Certification, 3+ years related experience with the Neonatal Population.  


Work Schedule: 12-hours, Nights, Varied
