Compensation Analyst

Job Description

Summary:

The Compensation Analyst assists with the design, development, analysis and implementation components of the full compensation life cycle including
job descriptions, job matching to market data, salary structure creation, benchmarking, salary planning and communications; Analyzes survey data and
recommends pay range assignments for employee compensation changes; Assures through analysis, audits, and reports that the compensation program
is consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations; Assists in projects involving both compensation and total
rewards.

Education:
Education Required:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

Education Preferred:
Masters Degree in business, Human Resources or related field. Professional certification in Human Resources.

Experience:
Experience Required:
1 year experience in analytical work involving math and spreadsheet or database software. Must be computer proficient.

Experience Preferred:
3-5 years in Human Resources and/or experience with the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs.


 

 

Work Schedule: 8-hours, Days, Monday through Friday
