Job Description

 Do you have experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or a similar business process improvement methodologies? The Continuous Improvement Leader serves as an internal Lean consultant to leadership providing coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and coordination to improve operational performance. Teaching and explaining Lean Management System Philosophies and principles including A3 problem solving. Measuring and quantifying improvement results and outcomes with leaders to assist in reflecting a job well done.

Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or a related field· Three (3) or more years of related experience


Work Schedule: 8-hours, Days, Monday through Friday
