Desktop Support Technician I
Job Description
Desktop Support Techs act as Level 2 escalation points for the service desk. These individuals are responsible for hardware setup in new / acquired locations for the organization. This position assists other departments in the implementation of hardware and provides support when needed. Working "at the elbow" with medical staff, this position is a part of the "IT Concierge" support system.
Minimum Requirements:
· Associate's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
· Two (2) or more years of related experience
Work Schedule: 8-hours, Days, Monday through Friday
