|The Infrastructure Manager provides leadership to the network, telecommunications, and system engineer teams. The incumbent will direct the teams to meet the needs of patients, physicians, and staff by ensuring excellence in all aspects of telecommunications, network, and system administration to include design, reliability, integrity, technical security, disaster recovery and business continuance. Collaborates with Information Technology Project Leads in the selection and deployment of hardware/software. Ensures appropriate staffing and productivity levels, develops/monitors performance and productivity improvement, safety, quality and regulatory standards. Ensures excellence in customer service and achievement of budgetary goals; manages continuous improvement of section's processes and functions. Directs fiscal management of the section, including forecasting and monitoring of operating performance. Identifies and implements strategies to reduce costs and improve quality of service. Directs the management of section's human resources and employee relations. Accountable for on-going training and professional development of staff. Accountable for adherence to state and federal rules and regulations; ensures compliance with federal, state and local agencies. Accountable for design, support, and maintenance of organization data centers and communication closets. Performs other related duties as required. Reports to Director, Information Technology.|
|The Information Technology Division at Yuma Regional Medical Center provides vision, planning and guidance for implementing and maintaining technology. The technologies include large integrated systems like the Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR), Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and Business Systems. Other technologies include Biomedical systems, Communication and Infrastructure systems, Telemedicine systems along with Desktop and Help Desk systems to name a few. The Information Technology Divisions focus is patient-centric; by providing a stable electronic environment for our patients and staff we deliver the tools necessary to care for patients in the 21st Century.|

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field
Master's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field
Industry-recognized security-related certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional or Certified Information Systems Auditor. Network and/or Telecommunications certifications.
5+ years total experience managing or overseeing enterprise systems, networks and/or IT functions, strong understanding of IT security, disaster planning, business continuity, and experience managing both operational and capital budgets. 3 years supervisory experience or experience managing people and projects in a senior or lead capacity.
10 years’ experience in network/IT System Administration, 1-3 years managing an enterprise network & telecommunication systems, 5 years’ experience with any combination of Storage, Microsoft servers, switches, enterprise back up, VPNs/remote access, and 3 years of experience in healthcare industry.
