| Position Summary: |
Under DIO and Chief Academic Officer's direction, collaborates in the management of the accreditation of Yuma Regional Medical Center as a sponsoring institution providing training programs. Coordinates the educational activities of the program, to include institutional accreditation and program requirements with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). High level knowledge of accreditation standards for Graduate Medical Education (GME) and special Educational Requirements for physician graduate medical education programs. Assures program compliance with regulatory agency standards and maintains essential documents required for Program viability. Assists the Chief Academic Officer in managing the Sponsoring Institution needs by ensuring that accreditation standards are met, as well as provide admin and calendar support for Chief Academic Officer, Family Medicine Director and Sports Medicine Director.

| We are hiring to accommodate the expansion of the Family Medicine Residency Program from a 6-6-6 program to 8-8-8 as well as the start of a Sports Medicine Fellowship.|
One of the key objectives of our strategic plan at Yuma Regional Medical Center is the continued development of a graduate medical education (GME) program based on the hospital campus. Our Family & Community Medicine Residency Program opened in July 2013. Our Family & Community Medicine Residency program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and is the only residency program currently offered at Yuma Regional Medical Center. The program is led by a full-time, community-based faculty that has received national recognition

Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration
| Experience Required: |
3 years in healthcare, higher education, or physician's office environment. Computer proficiency (must be able to pass computer proficiency assessment). Positive people skills. Knowledge of business/organizational procedures. Experienced with office machines and practices.
3 years in healthcare, higher education, or physician’s office environment. Experience in managing, supervising or coordinating Graduate Medical Education/Residency programs. Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Record or similar electronic record systems. Competence in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
