Job Description

The Manager of Endoscopy accomplishes department objectives by managing staff. The Manager plans and evaluates department activities while supporting the Admin Director of Perioperative Services.

Oversees management of endoscopy services operationally and fiscally and accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements. Collaborates on annual budget, schedules expenditures, analyzes variances, initiates coaching, and corrective actions.

Collects and analyzes data related to quality or performance improvement projects that apply to perioperative services. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzes, resolves quality, and customer service problems

Manages the Endoscopy Services team including: evaluating endoscopy personnel performance, interviewing, selecting and providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to the team members and other members as appropriate.

Coordinates, facilitates, and manages change within endoscopy services. Demonstrates effective communication, consultation, negotiation, and collaboration skills with members of the endoscopy team and other stakeholders.

Facilitates or serves as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning endoscopy patient care.

Other duties as assigned.


Arizona or Compact State RN Licensure





3+ years related experience

 Work Schedule: 8-hours, Days, Monday through Friday
