Min = $99,834.48
Mid = $129,784.82
Max = $159,735.17
Summary:
The Manager, Supply Chain Clinical Value Analysis, establishes and adheres to a streamlined method of standardizing and monitoring products, utilization, contract compliance and costs; provides clinical and strategic expertise that facilitates supply expense management, while supporting continuous quality, safety and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Provides clinical and strategic expertise (products and direct experience) that facilitates supply expense management while supporting continuous quality, safety and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Develops strategies and identifies process improvements that are focused on supply cost reduction, standardization, utilization and contract compliance; while maintaining or enhancing quality through the use of evidence-based data, benchmarked best practices, and data driven analysis. Researches and collaborates with GPO and suppliers to identify cost savings and contract implications when evaluating opportunities.
Builds and develops Value Analysis team, through educational opportunities, shared learning, and direct involvement in projects and leadership activities.
Develops strong partnerships with and involves key stakeholders, along with clinical and non-clinical leadership, on projects as needed. Works to keep leaders who report to and take direction from the Executive Steering committee well informed of Value Analysis initiatives and projects.
Serves as a point of contact for issues related to the assessment, analysis, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of utilization and standardization opportunities across the organization.
Supports LEAN management concepts, striving to continuously improve by providing recommendations on process improvement, increased efficiency and elimination of waste.
Leads and represents Yuma Regional Medical Centers (YRMC’s) Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) involvement. This includes but is not limited to contract activations and renewals, ensuring clinical contract alignment, contract compliance, standardization and utilization. As the GPO lead for YRMC, this person coordinates with other facilities in our "group" to drive unity and standardization wherever possible.
System software administrator for new product requests evaluating for contract implications, substitute equivalents, while partnering with clinical and provider leadership through completion.
Manages product recall process from initial identification, internal notifications, supplier response, and final disposition of product in collaboration with entire supply chain team.

Other information:
Required
· 4 years of experience in a contract management role, with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity
· 2 years of experience leading and building strong and high performing teams
· Demonstrated ability to work and partner with clinical team members and physicians
· Experience with creating complex spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Project, and others)
· Strong presentation and written communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
Desired
· Clinical experience background (LPN, RN, Med-Surg Tech, etc)
· Master’s degree
· Lean and 6-Sigma certification
· Value Analysis experience
