The PBX Operator (switchboard operator) utilizes the telephone switchboard (AVAYA), the messaging system (Vocera), the information system (EPIC), 2-way radio, and the beeper system to facilitate communication throughout the hospital. This individual accurately and efficiently processes a high volume of calls while utilizing proper telephone etiquette and providing exceptional customer service.
· High School Diploma / GED
· Two (2) or more years of related experience
Work Schedule: 8-hours, Varied, Varied
