RN Transfer Coordinator-Transfer Center

Hiring range: $40.26-$52.34 per hour depending on experience

The Transfer Coordinator assists with processing patient admissions and transfers. The Coordinator is responsible for facilitating transfers from outside facilities and managing patient flow and bed placement. This individual occupying this position must demonstrate appropriate, diplomatic, and sensitive communication and interaction skills, all while working in a fast-paced, acute healthcare environment with multiple distractions and ever-changing priorities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate's/ Bachelor's - Nursing
  • Arizona RN License / Compact State RN License
  • BLS - American Heart Association
  • 3+ years of experience as an RN
  • Case Management Experience (preferred)

Work Schedule: 8 hours, days

Job Type: Full-time
