Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.

• Min = $90,758.615
• Mid = $117,986.199

Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager (Onboarding) is responsible for supporting the management of Talent Acquisition team. The manager will lead the onboarding team through their day-to-day process and be a resource to enhance overall performance of the onboarding process for new hires, transfer and promotions within the organization. Manages and supports all aspects of the Onboarding processing for the Talent Acquisition team including and not limited to background check process, certifications, qualifications and I-9s.

This individual will collaborate with HR leadership to implement policies and practices to establish and maintain a standard for hiring practices that focus on ensuring hiring goals, metrics and milestones to be consistently met. The goal of the organization and the HR department is to attract a diverse qualified workforce to meet the growing needs of the community. This position requires excellent communication and relationship building skills to partner with the hiring managers, candidates, HR team members, advertising agencies/vendors, and the community at large. Recruitment for hard to recruit positions and leadership roles is expected. Some travel required may be required. Ability to have a strong working relationship with Human Resources Leadership and Director of Talent Acquisition to provide an overall engaging experience for employees and future employees of Yuma Regional Medical Center. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct Talent Acquisition Onboarding team to include:
• Overseeing and directing the day-to-day operations for the Talent Acquisition Onboarding team
• Setting clear work expectations and coaching as needed for success
• Facilitating problem resolution through internal and external customers
• Responsible for initial and on-gong training for team members
• Participates in the selection, orientation, supervision, continuing education, evaluation and delivery of services
• Adjusts staffing and work schedules to provide adequate coverage as related to workload ensuring appropriate staff are available to meet the organization's recruitment needs
• Will be a backup for other recruiters and recruitment support staff as needed

 Recruitment Analytics Support:

In conjunction with Director of Talent Acquisition collects data from the Talent Acquisition team and onboarding teams for best practices and provide information, trends and statistics regarding hiring efforts, issues and /or concerns to meet the needs of the organization.

Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI)/onboarding metrics and provide reporting including but not limited to:

Productivity data

• • Orientation List work flow
  • Support New Employee Orientation bi-weekly

 Responsible for development of talent acquisition and onboarding strategies including:

• Interface with IT to trouble shoot ATS issues, improvements and opportunities.
• Identification of new or improvement workflow of new hires, transfer and promoted employees
• Represent Talent Acquisition at new employee orientation
• Manage all aspects of the front desk operations for onboarding (including badge printing, I-9 regulations, certification verification, education verification, security, etc).

 Effectively manage and recruit for identified hard to recruit and leadership roles including

• Follows hiring practices as outlined by YRMC policies/processes/procedures, while adhering to federal and state laws
• Spark interest in candidates by selling Yuma and YRMC
• Participates in the selection process - this may include viewing applications, screening candidates, checking credentials (if needed), scheduling interviews, site-visit activities, coaching/mentoring regarding interviewing skills, getting travel for candidates, and going over the offer with the candidate. Will also assists with the transfer of internal candidates
• Coordinates and participates in recruitment events as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned

Education:

• Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
• Experience Required: 7 years recruitment experience with a minimum of three years supervisory experience. Healthcare recruitment preferred.
