Patient Experience Advocate Specialist
The Patient Experience Care Advocate Specialist serves as a resource to staff (medical staff, nursing, management, volunteers and all other employees) in planning, coordinating, implementing, and educating staff on processes in support of a healing culture and a positive patient experience. Advocates for all the consumers of healthcare services in such a way as to promote patient, family, staff and physician satisfaction through understanding.
