Job Description

Summary:

The Radiologic Technologist performs a variety of tasks involved in operating x-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated body portions; adjusts equipment for proper radiographic exposure techniques in accordance with radiation safety guidelines; Explains x-ray procedures to patients; positions patients for each anatomical view using immobilization and protective equipment as appropriate.

Education/Requirements: 

Associate's Degree - Radiographic Technology

BLS Cert - American Heart Association

ARRT Cert - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists 

Zero years experience

 

Work Schedule: 12-hours, Varied, Varied
