Job Description


As a Recruiter for Yuma Regional Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to bring top talent into the organization. Utilizing a variety of methods to include direct sourcing, networking events, as well as interviewing applicants that apply through our applicant tracking system. Recruitment experience is preferred, primarily in the health care space. Critical thinking skills and the ability to successfully track and move forward numerous projects and requisitions at one time are paramount to success in this position.

Minimum Requirements:
· Two (2) or more years of related experience· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field


Work Schedule: 8-hours, Days, Monday through Friday
